Will the developers be offering discounts for those reserving off-plan?
Yes – A limited number and range of apartments will be offered at a discount for those who reserve off-plan, please ask the selling agents for details.
When will the first apartments be ready for occupation?
We are expecting the first apartments to be ready in autumn 2013.
How much is the reservation deposit?
A £2000 Non-refundable deposit will secure your chosen apartment. (Terms & Conditions apply)
When will I be expected to exchange contracts and what deposit will I need to pay then?
Contracts will be issued to your solicitor shortly after you make your reservation and you will be expected to exchange contracts with a 10% (of the purchase price) deposit after 6 weeks.
A further payment of 10% (of the purchase price) will be required when your chosen apartment is at the shell built & core stage (as defined below); you will be notified in advance of when these monies will be due.
The balance of the purchase price will become due when the apartment is ready for occupation.
What if the apartment I wanted has already been reserved?
Unfortunately not everyone can be first and with a high level of interest in the development, we cannot guarantee that everyone will get the chance to be first to reserve his or her preferred apartment. If you discover that your first choice apartment has already been reserved then ask one of our sales staff to help you to identify the nearest comparable apartment.
Alternatively you can register as next in line for any apartment already reserved, whereby you will be contacted in turn if the current Purchaser decides to withdraw from their reservation.
The apartment that I want has not been released yet, how do I register my interest?
If the apartment that you prefer has not been released you can register your interest with one of our sales team and you will be contacted when that apartment is due to be released.
Will there be any restrictions on having pets?
Unfortunately occupiers will not be permitted to keep pets in the apartments.
Will I be able to sub-let my apartment?
Apartments can be sub-let either on an Assured Short-hold tenancy or holiday-let basis, subject to any covenants and restrictions in the head-lease.
Will I be able to re-assign my lease before I complete my purchase?
Purchasers or their successors will not be able to re-assign (sell on) their interest in (or reservation on) any lease or apartment until after they have fully completed their purchase.
Will my property be covered by NHBC?
All new homes will be covered by the full National House Builders Council (NHBC) ten year warranty

You may be required to provide suitable identification prior to making a reservation. Acceptable forms of identification are a valid passport or photo-driving licence.
Confirmation that your finances are in place.
You will be required to confirm your current purchasing status and advise whether your purchase will be subject to you requiring any mortgage, equity release, further advance, sale of a property in the UK or overseas or release of funds.
Shell & Core Built Definition
Shell & core built stage is defined as:
- Completion of structural elements including frame, walls and floors.
- Completion of external windows and doors
- Completion of infrastructure drainage
- Units to be watertight and secure
